Synopsis:
The Dragon's Teeth confronts the insidious war myths that permeate all of global society today, and nowhere more perniciously than in the workplace. After deconstructing the war myths that unconsciously govern how we do business, The Dragon's Teeth proves that the key to transforming the child and adolescent inherited awareness of workers and management is to shift awareness to adult and life mastery intentional awareness that will replace war myths with peace myths.
Given that half of adult life is spent in the workplace driving the wheels of economic warfare, it is no wonder that the violence evidenced in outsourcing, layoffs, loss of health benefits and family leave, frozen wages, cutthroat competition among managers and CEOs, buyouts, closures, megamergers - even child sweatshop labor - has plummeted society to a nadir of confidence. War myths have driven labor, reflective of the broadest spectrum of democratic society and most essential element of production, to the bottom of a highly ritualized pecking order.
As in the Greek myth from which The Dragon's Teeth takes its title, it only takes one to say No more! to the vicious cycle of war in economic fields sown with dragon teeth. Changing the myths that have allowed war to ride roughshod over society for too long by changing awareness in the workplace will ripple out to society at large as workers and management seek ways to build profit and peace, individuals and corporations intent upon serving society rather than exploiting it.
